Billboard Top Ten

In March of 2010 Tha Native broke into the Top Ten of the Billboard music charts for R&B/Hip Hop Singles Sales. The song that made the Top Ten was none other than I Love (California). In addition to winning a number of Native American music awards, this was one of Tha Native’s highlights of his music career. I’m sure that goes without saying. I mean, how many people can say they’ve broke the Billboard top ten in anything?

The reason this is on our minds right now is because of how excited we are for the upcoming singles that will be dropping in the near future. We thought for a while that there was going to be at least one stand out that would become a serious club banger. But, now with a couple more songs finished since that time, we aren’t so sure that there will be just one real standout. There should be at least 2-3 absolute bangers. There will be a lot of fire on this album for sure. After close to seven years since Tha Native’s last LP, you have got to believe that a lot of time and energy has gone in to making this thing full of heaters. As mentioned in the last blog, use the Instagram link at the top of this page to hear a clip from one of the latest songs Tha Native has been working on. Or, use this direct link and don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t done so already: https://www.instagram.com/p/BQUUMwsBx3o/?taken-by=paakuma_realrezboy1 Last, but not least, we gotta leave a link to the music video for the song mentioned above: I Love (California) https://youtu.be/VP46xKoGQyg Enjoy!!
